What is the delivery time?
Generally, if quantity is less than 1x20ft container:
(1) slabs or cut tiles, it will take about 10-20days;
(2) Skirting,moulding, countertop and vanity tops will take about 20-25days;
(3) waterjet medallion will take about 25-30days;
(4)Column and pillars will take about 25-30days;
(5) stairs, fireplace, fountain and sculpture will take about 25-30days;

How can you guarantee quality & claim?
Before mass production, there is always a pre-production sample; Before shipment, there is always a final inspection.
Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
