Packing & Delivery

1)Slabs in wooden bundles;
2) Tiles and other cut-to-size items in wooden boxes or pallets;
3) PVC or woven bags should be used to load pebble stones and stone chips.
4) All wooden packing must be treated and labeled in accordance with ISPM 15.
5) We can carry 18-27 tons of products into a 20-foot container; the cargo weight varies depending on the raw materials used in each country.
6) We can transport the stone products via vessel, truck, train, or airline.

What is the delivery time?
Generally, if quantity is less than 1x20ft container:
(1) slabs or cut tiles, it will take about 10-20days;
(2) Skirting,moulding, countertop and vanity tops will take about 20-25days;
(3) waterjet medallion will take about 25-30days;
(4)Column and pillars will take about 25-30days;
(5) stairs, fireplace, fountain and sculpture will take about 25-30days;

How can you guarantee quality & claim?
Before mass production, there is always a pre-production sample; Before shipment, there is always a final inspection.
Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
